Ship Your First Thing.
This is it. Your first Badir sprint. One weekend. One idea. Ship it. No slides. No lectures. No "let's circle back." You pick an idea, you build it, you ship it live by Sunday night. The 313 didn't wait for perfect conditions. Neither will you.
The Weekend
Map & Decide
Pick your idea and map it out. What's the smallest version that's still useful? Write it down. Commit.
- Pick ONE idea from your notes app (the simplest one)
- Define the MVP — what's the absolute minimum to ship?
- Choose your tools: Lovable, Cursor, Figma, pen + paper, whatever
- Post your idea in the community — you're now accountable
Build
Heads down, build mode. No perfectionism. No "I need to learn X first." Use what you know. Ship ugly if you have to.
- Build the core feature (just one — not five)
- Use AI tools to speed up: Claude, ChatGPT, Lovable, v0
- Post progress updates — the community is building alongside you
- If you're stuck, ask. Mentors and builders are here to help.
Ship & Demo
Deploy. Share the link. Show the world. It doesn't have to be perfect — it has to be LIVE.
- Deploy to Vercel, Netlify, Lovable, or anywhere public
- Share the link with the community + one person outside it
- Record a 60-second demo video (phone is fine)
- Post your demo — you just shipped. Bismillah.
Sprint Rules
Ship, don't plan
You can plan for 10% of the sprint. The other 90% is building.
Ugly is fine
A shipped ugly product beats a beautiful mockup that lives in Figma forever.
One feature only
Your MVP does ONE thing. Not three. Not "phase 1 of a bigger vision." One thing.
Share your progress
Post updates as you build. Accountability beats willpower every time.
What You Can Build
Anything that ships.
It doesn't matter what you build — it matters that you BUILD. Here are some starting points:
- A landing page for your business idea (Lovable, HTML, Webflow)
- A simple tool that solves a problem you have (calculator, tracker, automator)
- A Chrome extension that does one useful thing
- A mobile app prototype (React Native, Flutter, or just Figma)
- An AI-powered tool using Claude or OpenAI APIs
- A Shopify store with your first product listed
- A content piece: a video, a blog post, a podcast episode
- Literally anything. The bar is: it's live and someone else can use it.
